Join us the Saturday before Thanksgiving for a Day of Gratitude with Award-winning Journalist, Author & Poet Nan Lundeen, who returns to DeWitt, IA from South Carolina to celebrate the lives of her late parents, Marian & Louie Bliesmer.
In Black Dirt Days: Poems as Memoir, the former Nancy Bliesmer writes in an accessible, storytelling style of rural life in the DeWitt area during the 1950s. Her reading will be followed by discussion, book signing and a Special Luncheon in our lower level Garden Café…
